Elsie
Elsie is a Jersey heifer and was born in October 2021. She joined our pasture crew in July 2022. She and Elmer were born at a foster farm after their moms were taken from a neglect situation.
The first time she was released in the pasture, she ran around kicking up her hooves. We hope she is always that happy here.
