Earth Day Celebration

Everyone here at Summerseat Farm is excited for Earth Day on April 22nd. The farm will be the host for this year’s Earth Day Celebration! The St Mary’s County Commission on the Environment has been working hard to make this a fantastic event. Enjoy exhibits, demonstrations, and products for sale from local vendors, local agriculture, alternate fuels, recycled or repurposed arts and crafts, energy efficiency, and conservation, sustainable living, natural resources/wildlife, organic/vegan/vegetarian info, useful ways to reduce/reuse/recycle, or individual health and wellness. Food will be available from Linda’s On The Go. After you visit the vendors, come down to the barn and visit with the animals. They always love to meet visitors, both new and familiar.
